Johan Swedell has been promoted to the position of operations manager of Datapac’s ERP division with responsibility for the management of the consulting and support and development teams, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV Solutions. Swedell will work with the consulting team to support the sales function and ensure high standards of service delivery and the implementation of strong systems and processes. Swedell was formerly bespoke solutions manager at Datapac for two years.
