DHL recently announced the senior appointment of Caroline Baldwin as marketing and sales director of DHL Express Ireland. Baldwin will be responsible for all marketing and sales activities within DHL Express Ireland, with particular focus on the strategic growth of the business together with DHL’s competitive placement in the marketplace. Baldwin holds a master’s degree in business studies and a BA in applied languages from University of Ulster and University College Dublin respectively. She joins DHL Express from Ryanair where she worked for almost 10 years. Baldwin held a variety of commercial roles within Ryanair, most recently as head of sales and marketing for UK, Ireland and central & eastern Europe.
