Eircom awards 25m contract to Capita
[29.02.2008 first posted on silicon republic]UK firm Capita Group has won a contract worth approximately €25m over five years to provide contact handling and directory enquiry services to Eircom.
Capita staff will base themselves in Eircom’s Cork call centre. Eircom’s directory enquiry operation handles over 40 million calls each year.
